1. Sponsor. The NTA Creative Holiday Website Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by NTA Creative, LLC, 8270 Woodland Center Blvd, Tampa, FL 33614 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry period. The Giveaway begins when this page is published and ends December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
4. How to enter. Complete and submit the entry form on this page with your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are void.
5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive: A free custom website, designed and built by NTA Creative. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and no substitution is allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Ongoing costs such as domain registration and web hosting are not included unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
6. Winner selection. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about January 1, 2027. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Notification. The winner will be contacted using the email address and/or phone number provided. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected at random.
8. Privacy. Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and contact entrants, and, if you opt in, to send occasional emails from Sponsor. See our Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
9. General. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
10. Social media. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or any other social network. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to any social network.
